請教父母探親多次簽證

母親前兩年辦了一次簽證來過加拿大,父親沒有簽過。

這次准備給父母都辦多次簽證,請問是否只用follow有過美加入境紀錄的那個check list就可以,還是母親用有過美加入境紀錄的checklist,父親用另外一個很長的checklist?
