國運也是如此。習總上台前國內經濟危機四伏。官員腐敗到無以附加的程度，房地產除一線城市外呈泡沫狀，多年來人民幣升值對出口打擊，加上工資迅速提高降低了中國制造出口業的成本優勢。國內產能過剩，地方政府債務危機。GDP成為世界老二，從而越來越受美國戰略打擊的重視。TPP就是美國人搞出來針對中國的。可是這時國際舞台上有普大帝跟美國互扇耳光，美國不敢過分招惹中國怕中俄聯手。中國樂得讓俄羅斯出頭，自己發展外交，南海填土造島鞏固領土，爽。國際油價暴跌，對中國反而是個大利好，爽。因為中國是最大石油進口國，這省下了多少外匯呀。
