richmond的40万以下的townhouse开始跌拉
这几天比较关注richmond的townhouse，新上市的几个townhouse的asking价格都低于政府估价很多，以前都要高出两三万的，比较抗跌的richmond都跌啦，真正的大跌是不是要开始啦，要买房的话还可以再等等。
