散戶為什麼賺不到大波段翻倍的錢？zt
每個投資者在交易開始之初都是懷抱美好的願望，認為買進的股票可以大賺一年，翻一倍甚至N倍，即使持有的股票應聲上漲了也很少有人能夠賺到股票成倍上漲的錢。我們做過一個統計，在多年的數據和客戶跟蹤中我們了解到當股票上漲幅度超過20%時，兌現的壓力往往就快速出現了；當股票上漲到50%時，股票中持有的散戶基本被清理出場了。當然在震蕩市中壓縮利潤空間是很正常的，但即使在中國一個股票要做到翻倍最快也要9個月的時間，在成熟市場最快也是兩年到三年。幾乎沒有人願意花一年甚至兩年的時間無所事事；更重要的是散戶每天都在計算自己賺了多少錢，而不是以證券資產的形式管理自己的財富，不是將資產放在最妥當的公司身上獲取利益，每天都要將股票折算成現金的方式有個壞作用，一旦發現股價波動市值稍有縮水就急於結算，結果和大牛股擦肩而過； -

那位老股民總結了81條，這81條包涵了他說的5個階段，我覺得寫的相當的不錯，此老股民總結出來的每一條，每個人都可以理解出自已想法與心得。因而每一 條我都對他做了自已想法注釋，分亨一下給大家，注釋地方僅做參考，大家可以用自已想法與心得去共鳴。條數多了些，大家可以做下記號，有空去學學人家。也不 知道論壇中是否有人重新發過。

Interactive Brokers Bans Borrowing to Buy China Stocks‎
(Reuters) - Chinese stocks listed in the United States took a beating on Wednesday as brokers raised red flags about trading risks following a series of accounting scandals that have afflicted the sector.
Interactive Brokers Group Inc (IBKR.O) sounded the loudest alarm on the companies, saying it is prohibiting clients from borrowing money to take leveraged positions on 160 Chinese securities due to "elevated risk concerns". It began enforcing the ban on Monday and will phase it in over the course of this week.

......Investors who do not own the shares have a dilemma. If you are aggressive, and are willing to take the company’s side of this, you would buy the stock. If proof of ownership is actually shown, then the stock probably recovers. Perhaps north of $20 per share. If Muddy Waters turns out to be right, and they have an excellent track record in this area, the stock collapses, likely below Mr. Block’s $1.00 target. It could even bankrupt the company.
