5 year fixed rate

Just got notice from one lender that their 5 year fixed rate will increase tomorrow. Not sure by how much increase until tomorrow. Their current 5 year fixed rate is 2.79%.

今天一家机构将
5 year fixed rate increased to 2.84%
3 year fixed rate increased to 2.74%
for down payment < 20% only.

5 year variables P-0.40% for down payment <20%, P-0.35% for down payment >20%

代理的其他机构大部分还没有变. 不过要注意市场趋势了.

现在发现浮动利率的优势了,有合同的束缚,变的成本太高。
