Folks. It is not the judge who made this decision. It is the bylaw of each municipality. I know this every well and do not walk to meet any dogs on the same sidewalk. The dogs have the one bite right allowed by laws before they can be put down by laws. Most of the dog owners have no insurance and most of us have no insurance as well. Keep away from any unknown dogs and avoid becoming victims. Those ridiculous by-laws must be repealed.
