When a society becomes more and more civilized, we do not want to leave anyone behind without support for human right reason from our Constitution. However, the costs to reach this goal are not acceptable for our health care systems. The reasons why our health care systems are running out of resources are the costs for health care service providers like doctors and high patient volume.
