展望未来,Stewart 警告,预售市场的低迷可能在未来几年影响大温地区的住房供应,若新项目减少,或将为下一轮房价上涨埋下伏笔。

他说:“目前新建住房的数量非常少”。



“当人口持续增长,市场需要更多新房源时,政府的政策——尤其是省府的做法——正在为未来房价飙升种下种子”。

    Lots of investors, especially those non-professional investors, believe that investments should always make profits. That is actually the misunderstanding. Investments always have risks of losses. Those risks prevent most people from investments as the losses may vanish all their assets and make them deep in debts. They dreamed big profits when they invested pre-sale condos and the housing markets were still hot. Unfortunately, the markets must correct themselves to survive. Too bad!
