够了!昨天Telus推到ActionTec,然后ActionTec推回给Telus。今天是我的cpscentral Warranty(这是New Country Appliance Inc.的Warranty)让我找LG,你们LG上门又要推回给New Country Appliance?Why Canada is always like that????
LG的西人哥们儿还是很负责的!帮我打电话给New Country Appliance Inc.。终于对方说话了,说他们的warranty不是LG的warranty。我拿着我的New Country Appliance的warranty certificate,这certificate上明明就是cpscentral呀;我给cpscentral联系了N天,交涉的结果是让我找LG的呀!!然后现在LG说这不是LG的warranty,让我回过头找New Country Appliance。于是:加拿大式推卸责任循环 诞生啦!! (再插一句,我创造了一个新名词,以后这个词popular了,那我是首创!
Anyway,最终New Country Appliance收到了我的Email,内含Warranty Slip。期待他们能够在2个星期之内上门服务吧...
