　　2015年8月2日保守党哈帕总理宣布大选，按照国会章程，在参议院处于审议状态的C-279法案自动作废。

　　Due to an upcoming federal election, all bills outstanding in the Senate (including Bill C-279) are now dead.

能写几句英文就主流媒体从业人员？到底是哪个媒体？要说了解中共，中国实际情况他一老外能知道个啥？他们连语言都不通能知道中国人内心深处的想法？bullshit！没在专制之下出生长大的人，根本就不知什么叫专制，更没有资格评价。因为他们从来都不知道什么叫内心的恐惧。
